Nanaimo Renshikan Karate has been training students in traditional Japanese Karate for over 25 years.  We are a non-profit organization directed by volunteer instructors.  Karate is our way of life!

We are dedicated to the instruction and preservation of traditional Japanese martial arts, and welcome students from other styles to join in our classes.  It is our belief that knowledge should be shared.

Our students are encouraged to explore other ideas and methods, but each must remain focused on there studies in Renshikan Karate.

"If you master one thing in your lifetime, you will be able to master anything"

Remember, we are all students.  The word "Sensei" is no only defined as "instructor" but also as "one who has gone before"
